Jay Z was so angry at the residents in his apartment building who objected to his moving there that he deliberately tries to antagonize them as often as possible. Don’t you just love him? He said, “My neighbours didn’t want me in the building, it was a whole big thing, it was really racist. They didn’t want me in so I bought the biggest place there,” he told BBC radio’s Trevor Nelson. “They have a board and voting is based on how much of the property share you have so I have the biggest share and I go down just to vote on things I don’t care about just to tick ‘em off.
“I guess they think I’m having parties and there’s shootings going on, but I have normal breakfasts and lunches. My friends come over - accountants and bankers - and I make them all wear black so the neighbours think they’re gangsters. It’s fun.”

The song is actually tight. Not because Jay has the balls to call Bey ‘a ho’ but coz the hook is super catchy.

Jayz’ DJ for Smirnoff Easter show

The third international DJ expected for the final league of the Smirnoff Uncompromised parties is former rapper Jayz’ DJ, Shortee Blitz. DJ Blitz is expected to rock the all white party at Tembo Disco over the Easter holiday on April 11.
UK DJ Trebble T preceded him in October last year, and then Robbo Ranx followed in December both courtesy of Smirnoff. Blitz is the UK’s number 1 Hip Hop and Club DJ and has worked with musical giants Jay-Z and LL Cool J.
However, Blitz is famed for his long-running, Hip Hop radio show on UK Kiss FM called Kiss Presents.
The Smirnoff Brand Manager, Ms Kagwa said, “We are promising hip hoppers and Smirnoff fans a coastal bash of their lifetime as we are bringing to Kenya one of the most sought Deejay in the world.” Ms Kagwa, says DJ Blitz who is expected in the country next month.
