  1. Not to be mean but i don't see Lovy cutting it. Just like a business has a strategy so should musicians. I read about the Longomba brothers and think 'another talent lost to the elusive American dream'. Entertainment in the US is a very competitive/harsh arena. Think of Mercy Myra, Hardstone, Bamboo and others i cannot recall or do not know about. Lesson to be learnt: stay local and know your market. Kanjii has thrived more than he would he have in the US. Nameless has a strategy, knows his target market and manages his brand. Kenyans musicians should think or at least attempt to emulate the likes of Nameless or others that i have failed to mentioned.

  2. Just because it is a competitve arena you shouldnt venture out? It is because of this kind of ignorance that we have a limited amount of Kenyans being known worldwide. Do you think Obama limited himself to one world? no. and look where he is at today. Lovy is an amazing producer and with focus and determination I'm sure he can make it wherever he goes. As a Kenyan myself, I will support to the best of my ability whether in the US, Japan, or Pluto. So lesson taught to you, SUPPORT more and point fingers less.
