The Kenyan Hip hop group P-Unit has received a warm reception from Kenyans in the United States where they landed last week for a 3- week tour.
The Niko Na Safaricom live trio have so far performed in the states of Baltimore, Houston, Atlanta and Dalas with a rocking performance last night at Los Angeles.
The crew made up of Gabu, Frasha and Boneye have received huge support from Kenyans in the different states with most of them coming out in large numbers to support the group during its concerts.
The Hapa Kule, Gentleman and You guy hit makers are also expected to perform in the states of Kansas, Minnesota and Boston before concluding their 21 day tour.
They are expected back in the country on the 3rd week of September in preparation for the mega concert Niko Na Safaricom Live scheduled for 21st September in Nairobi. They will then proceed to Dubai.
Meanwhile, the Niko Na Safaricom Live spin master, DJ Kaytrixx has been nominated for the inaugural Stylus Awards, where Coast-based top deejays will compete against each other for the top awards.
The event that is scheduled to take place this weekend at White sands hotel in Mombasa will see a total of 39 nominees compete for bragging rights.
Kaytrix has been nominated for the Diaspora DJ of the year category where he will compete against four other nominees in the category.
