D’BANJ, ICE PRINCE, SAMMIE OKPOSO, DADDY SHOWKEY FOR TYMEOUT WITH TEE-A CONCERT
The headliners for the Saturday December 1 Tymeout With Tee-A live concert have finally been announced.
And it's a startling line-up of some of the biggest pop stars of this era. Multi-award winning international Nigerian pop star D’banj will lead dozens of Nigerian hit-makers to create an eclectic concert that’ll feature comedy, talk, dance and chit-chat.
Executive producer Tee-A announced today, that D’banj, a critically-acclaimed live performer and entertainer, will make his debut on Tymeout With Tee-A at the concert on December 1.
‘He’s excited to be on the show, and we’re very excited too. We’ve done a lot of D’banj skits and or fans have been asking for him. So I’m very glad he’s joining us for this spectacular show on December 1’.
Ice Prince, a top-three rap star, has seen his star glow since his debut hit ‘Oleku’. And, after months of blessing fans home and abroad, the Chocolate City act will deliver his first major Nigerian performance this season, at Tee-A’s event.
And Daddy Showkey, a befitting entertainer for a concert of this caliber, will re-unite with fans again, taking guests down memory lane with ‘Dyna’ and his other N0 1 hits.
‘We’re putting the best together, to make sure guests enjoy a fantastic concert experience’ says Tee A. ‘It’s our special way of thanking our fans for a good year – giving them an avenue to dance and laugh, while witnessing a historic live recording of our award-winning show…’
The red carpet event will hold at the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos, on Saturday December 1, 2012.
Apart from the big music stars D’banj, Okposo, Lynxxx, Daddy Showkey, Ice Prince and others on parade, the event will also feature Tymeout With Tee A regulars Madam Princess and MC Abbey, as well as host Tee-A in his multiple characters. Other performers are to be announced next week.
