SHUGA ACTORS AT WASHINGTON’S AIDS CONFERENCE




This year’s International AIDS Conference in Washington D.C. will see MTV, UNICEF and PEPFAR host a special event that will include a preview of Shuga attended by some of the actors.
The actors at Nick Mutuma who plays Leo, Sharon Olago who plays reformed bad girl Violet and Naija singer 9con who plays Femi.  They will be attending the he premiere event of  Shuga: Love, Sex, Money.
The second installment of Shuga boasted of a star-studded cast of Bon Eye, Avril (Miss B'Have) Nick Ndeda (Angelo), Nancy Wanjiku (Baby), Brenda Wairimu (Dala), Edward Nyanaro (Rayban) and Ikubese Emmanuel - a.k.a. 9con - (Femi).
Also returning for the second series of Shuga are Sharon Olago (Violet), David Omwange (Skola), Nick Mutuma (Leo) and Antony Mwangi (Kennedy) and Valerie Kimani (Sindi).
Naija star Wiz Kid and Banky W are also featured in the six-part series.
The International AIDS Conference is the premier gathering for those working in the field of HIV, as well as policy makers, persons living with HIV and other individuals committed to ending the pandemic. It is a chance to assess where we are, evaluate recent scientific developments and lessons learnt, and collectively chart a course forward.
