Gospel act Ringtone declared his interest for the Kitutu Masaba seat. The singer famed for hits Pamela and Talanta has joined area ODM chairman Timothy Bosire and ousted MP Walter Nyambati who have already declared their interest for the seat.
Well, keep your eyes peeled as National Assembly Speaker Kenneth Marende is expected is in the next few weeks to issue writs declaring the seat vacant.
The singer real name Alex Nyanchoga Apoko said in a rally in Kisumu that he has “responded to calls for the people of Kitutu Masaba and accepted to throw my hat into the ring when the by election is called.”
