TOMMY HILFIGER IS IN UGANDA
Fashion guru Tommy Hilfiger is in Uganda for charity. According to New Vision, The Irish-American fashion designer is coming at the invitation of UNDP’s Millennium Villages Project to inspect a project he is funding in Insingiro District in western Uganda.
Tommy amejitolea yake yote, he has donated a cool Sh160m towards community development interventions in Uganda.
The money has also helped health units with medical supplies and drugs as well as farmers in areas of Ruhiira, Kabuyanda in Isingiro Districts.
Tomorrow, he will be in Isingiro to check out the construction of a classroom block.
