Last weekend, the never aging King of Makossa, Sam Fan Thomas was in Nairobi courtesy of Kenya Airways in conjunction with the Association of Cameroonians living in Kenya.
Sam Fan Thomas appeared as the chief guest at a Gala Dinner this Saturday at the Hilton Hotel from 7 p.m. During the event, made an appearance on stage and performed a few of his chart bursting hits of the 80s and 90s.
The occasion marked 38 years of re-unification of the French speaking and the English speaking regions of Cameroon. It also marked the 50th anniversary of the country's independence.
