AMMARA SIGNS A THREE-ALBUM RECORD DEAL

Idols contestant Ammara Brown will be in Nairobi on Monday 14 for the Idols reunion tour dubbed Ziki Idols Blast. She has clinched a three-album record deal with Soulful Entertainment. Ammara cooed said, “My contract is for the next three albums.”
The 20-year-old joins the label that also houses musical goliaths like Metro FM’s Naked DJ - the biggest hip-hop DJ in South Africa, Y FM DJs The Twins, as well as Channel O VJs Young Gifted and African.
Ammara has already recorded a number of singles for her yet to be named debut album. They are Willo, a RnB pop song, Hotta, a ragga-RnB track, I Release Us, a ballad and It’s Alright, a hip hop song.
