She has worked on some of the top TV and film productions in the country. Dorothy Ghettuba has curved her own niche in the film and TV industry and has bagged a reputation as a hardworking producer and director.
The award-winning filmmaker is now thinking about making a moving about the country's biggest corruption scandal. The NYS Saga.
Dorothy posted on Facebook her dream cast for the movie.
"I will sincerly do this #NYSMovie," she wrote, "I will call it AFFIDAVITS."
She then went ahead and named her dream cast, "I have a Cast Wish List..."
"If I can get Rita Dominic to play Ann Waiguru, get that Somali chap Barkhad Abdi from that #CaptainPhillips movie to be Duale, see if Ojiambo Ainea can play the part of Senator Murkomen, Ngwatilo Mawiyoo has volunteered to play Josephine Kabura.....we are halfway there folks.
There is that fellow Vandamme who has been thrown under the bus so hard he cannot even believe it...he can play himself. He already has a superstars name.
There are many more folks to be cast and with each new day, new characters are added to the movie.
You can help me cast. We are in this together because in the words of the famous wise black men of Sauti Sol, we 'live and die in Africa.'
Isaac Gabantu Ecclesiastes make the movie poster already why don't you.
* Maqbul Mohammed has been cast by Renee Ngamau. I think he can make a very good Ben Gethi.
* Kui L Irungu will be cast to play the role of that Mbarire lady....Ann Waiguru's sister, I forget her first name."
