American Stand Up Comedian To Host Charity Dinner For Kenyan Orphans

American stand up comedian Michael Jr. who is known for his side-splitting comedy routines and most recently for his role in the movie, War Room, will be hosting a charity dinner for Kenyan orphans.
Michael Jr. has made television appearances on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tom Joyner Show, CNN and Comedy TV.
On Thursday, April 28th 2016, Michael Jr. is teaming up with Open Arms International to bring "Kenya – Deep in the Heart of Texas," a fundraising event to raise awareness and funds for orphaned children in Kenya.
Open Arms International provides relief from physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering through medical expertise, education, and Christian ministry. Open Arms Village is home to over 130 orphaned and endangered children. The Village is also the base out of which they operate several other programs such as: Open Arms Academy, providing children a quality education; Kambi Teso Feeding Program, where 300-500 children receive a hot meal five days a week; a preschool and a woman's mentoring program. They also host medical clinics throughout the year, offering much-needed health care to the community. Open Arms believes that they are helping to raise future leaders who will positively influence Kenya and transform Africa, one life at a time.
