King Kaka's New Single Is Inspired By His Daughters And Late Father

King Kaka has released a new song, Papa featuring the talented group, Elani. The song talks about King Kaka’s relationship with his father.

“Papa for me is personal. Since I started my music career I have never really spoken about my father. He passed away before I could forgive him and it haunts me to this day,” says King Kaka

He has featured the dynamic Elani in Papa.

“Elani is talented and working with them was a great experience,” he says. The song is a celebration soundtrack to all fathers. for a very long time, society has not really celebrated fathers and the contribution they make in their children’s lives. “

In a lead up to the release of this song, I did a campaign, #ILOVEMYPAPA that received a huge outpouring of responses from people talking about the impact their fathers had on their lives. Some were good some were bad,” states King Kaka Papa was produced by Cedo and the video was directed by Young Wallace.
“I am now a father I would not want to have the same relationship I had with my father to trickle down to my kids. I am not perfect but I will try my best to be a better father to them,” King Kaka
