The TRACE group will be the TV media partner of Africa Village, based in Kensington Gardens from July 27 to August 12, during the London 2012 Olympics. Created by the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA), Africa Village aims to bring Africa to the heart of London and acquaint Londoners with the culture, music, dishes and the diversified heritage of the African continent during the Olympic Games. Africa Village will pay tribute to African athletes, celebrating their Olympic triumphs with music, song and dance. TRACE international media group will be displaying its best Africa-related content on screens throughout Africa Village.
This includes:
-TRACE Sports programmes dedicated to the greatest African sportspeople.
-"Planète Mode" shows, which showcase African fashion
-TRACE Africa playlists.
TRACE Sports will also be carrying out exclusive interviews of African champions that will air in over 70 countries worldwide, including 48 African countries.

Africa Village will also be the official reception venue for the 53 National African Olympic Committees and allow all African countries to partake in the Olympic experience.
