All roads lead to Nairobi’s Galleria Mall, off Langata Road
this Friday 06 April 2012, as Smirnoff rolls back the curtains to reveal a one
of a kind nightlife experience for Nairobi’s party enthusiasts.
The brand will, for the first time in its party history, be
hosting female international Djs in Kenya.
DJ Cheryice who specializes in Hip hop/RnB music as well as
Old school and Vocal Funky/house will be the headline act with Emma Feline who runs
her own night Decks in the City at different venues in London.
Aptly themed “The Night”, the party will be headlined by thedynamic
duo of international female Disc Jockeys, performing from a suspended platform
alongside their Kenyan counterparts, DJs Moby, Chuckie and Joe Mfalme. The two London-based DJs are scheduled
to jet into the country on Wednesday, ahead of the Friday event.
The party kicks off at 6.00pm, and runs throughout the
night. An exciting and rare multi-sensorial experience awaits an estimated
2,000 revellers.
Smirnoff Marketing Manager, Kendi Kilonzo, promises revelers
a one of a kind nightlife experience, surpassing all previous Smirnoff parties
held in the country in recent years.
“We have redefined the platform for Smirnoff this year, and put together
an amazing array of activities that will definitely have a resounding impact on
the party scene in Nairobi”.
The excitement for party lovers will be the fact that the
Smirnoff Party will be taking place in a non-traditional party venue - Nairobi’s
Galleria Mall. With a strict All
White Dress Code, the themed party gives revelers a unique opportunity to dress
up and enjoy the glamorous atmosphere.
An indoor setting with an outdoor appeal will capture the
best of both worlds, as revelers enjoy the blended mix of music from the local
and international disc jockeys and exclusive Smirnoff cocktails from trend
setting mixologists.
“The Night
“experience will be captured through 3D Projection Mapping, Intelligent
Lighting, huge laser cannons, and unmatched sound engineering.
Advance tickets go on sale from today at Blancos Galleria,
Innscor and BookFirst outlets.
Tickets will also be on sale at the venue at KShs 1,000 each. In line with Smirnoff’s strong
commitment to supporting responsible drinking, entry will be only for those
over the age of 18 years, with measures put in place to ensure that all
revelers have fun in a safe and secure atmosphere.
