This looks like a very good comeback year for Kenya’s first lady of rap, Nazizi (pictured above with Da Brat).
She is said to be the cover of next month’s True Love. According to her Facebook wall, on Tuesday August 10 she posted, “Another early morning 4 me, heading out for the cover photo shoot for True Love magazine September issue.”
That said on Saturday during the Fiesta Beach party, she got on stage with her former band mate Wyre the Love Child to perform.
This was the first time in a long time since the two performed together as Necessary Noise. The belted out their hits songs like Bless My Room, Kube, Jeshi and Gimmie the Music.
Other acts for the night included Ali B, Cannibal, Juliani and Daddy Owen.
