After receiving his cheque of Kshs. 7,056,520 on Friday,
James, who is married and has a 7 week old baby, said he plans to invest
the money in a business to support his young family.
“This is actually the second time I’ve won with BetYetu. The
first time I won Ksh. 1,730,” said the 29 year old car salesman who
resides in Zimmerman.
James won the substantial amount of money after making 13 out of 13 correct match predictions.
“I would like to encourage Kenyans to bet responsibly”, he said. “Remember this is just for fun so don’t go and bet your rent money.”
This is the second time BetYetu is awarding the highly sought after jackpot prize after Edwin Muniu won Ksh. 12M on the platform in June 2017.
