They will be live on the Coke Studio Africa Facebook Page and Twitter Handle from 3PM to 4PM where they will interact. Fans get the opportunity to ask the trio their questions on these two platforms using the hash tag #AskJAB.
The trio made up of Blinky Bill, Dan Muli and Mbithi Muasya ' Just a Band is a Kenyan house/funk/disco band whose music career was launched with their debut album, Scratch To Reveal, in 2008.
Anyhow, speaking of thier expereince in the debut season of TV show Coke Studio Africa, Bill said, "It has been amazing because the musicians who are involved are very talented, famous and are the best in Africa."
He continued, "The band was amazing because they all have input on what they think about a particular song and we build it up together. As much as we own the song, it’s always amazing to have different ideas thrown in, and when it’s done, it feels like they also own it when people are enjoying the end product."
Remembering his first performance as a band, Bill said, " I remember there was a song whereby I forgot the lyrics and I turned to these guys and said “alas” while the mic was still on. We only realized that after the show was over and we were watching the footage"
