Get Intimate With Miss Karun

On Friday, February 21, CokeStudio Africa will host a #AskLadyKarun session on their various social media platforms in thier Artist Takeover segment.

This is your chance to ask Karun anything from how she got the president to attend his album launch to why Camp Mulla went Kaput.

She will be live on the Coke Studio Africa Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/cokestudioafrica) and Twitter Handle (www.twitter.com/CokeStudioAfr) from 7 PM to 8 PM where she will interact 1 on 1 with the Coke Studio Africa fans.

Lady Karun is a young female singer from Kenya and she has been the lead singer for the country’s most popular hit making group Camp Mulla.

They created such a buzz for themselves when their smash hit single ‘Party Don’t Stop’ hit the airwaves in 2011.

The group’s fames grew very fast and earned them the first BET Music Awards nomination in East Africa in 2012 going against South Africa’s Lira, Nigeria’s Wizkid, Ghana’s Arkodie and Nigeria’s Ice Prince, the Ghanian won that award that year.

The purpose of Coke Studio is to reinvent the way music can capture the spirit of a nation, opening hearts and minds, and of course, Happiness. Coke Studio Africa airs in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania & Nigeria.
