This weekend, there will be a workshop series that will cover Intellectual Property, Copyright and Creative Commons as well as Trade marking, Industrial Property and Patenting respectfully.

The gig dubbed Know Ur IP aims to empower participants on understanding Intellectual Property, its value, how it can be infringed as well as how to harness, leverage and make money off ones IP.​

This particular "Know Ur IP" (Intellectual Property) programme is designed for Innovative, Creative and Cultural Businesses in Kenya and also happens to be a follow up of IP Meetup last year by the Creatives Garage, Nairobi, Kenya.

The workshop takes place this Saturday, May 18th 2013 from 9:30am to 5:00pm at NaiLab (Bishop Magua Bldg) ​Ngong Rd, opposite Uchumi Super Market.
