Actor Eddy Kimani has lost the dad. The Nairobi Law actor on Friday he posted on his Facebook wall, “Words are not enough to say how grateful I’m for the kind words. Dad is in a better place as he rests in peace. God bless you all.”
Eddie was the pioneer of the first ever Monologue Slam nights. He described the nights as “a platform for actors to stand up and talk for themselves as well as an opportunity to network. Monologues are an integral part in every actor/actress’s career.” It is organized mostly to encourage up-coming and existing actors to perform and showcase themselves using either self-written monologues or already published monologues.
