The Villagers Band headed by singer/songwriter/producer Chris Adwar released their brand new album titled Nofork Hotel on Sunday night at Club Galileos.
Produced by the very gifted Chris, it also features Qqu from the group NIX. The album has soulful songs like Someday and songs we can all relate to including Mercedes Benz, Kenchic, Liar ‘2012’ and Obama (is my relative!).
The title track of the album tells of a story about a man lying to his wife about going to work every morning yet he goes to Nofork Hotel to hang out with friends.
The album is sure to be a hit with lovers of pop, benga, genge, lingala and zouk. It is already retailing in major musical outlets for Sh500.
