Congolese musician Koffi Olomide has been appointed as Goodwill Ambassador for the Multilateral Initiative on Malaria (MIM). He will be one of the attendees at this year’s MIM Pan-African Malaria Conference. The conference will be held in Nairobi at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre in December.
The MIM Pan-African Malaria Conference is jointly organized by MIM Secretariat and Kenya Medical Research Institute.
The new Goodwill Ambassador is taking his new role very seriously, he is recording English and Kiswahili songs that he plans to launch in Kenya. The songs are aimed at promoting his campaign against malaria in Kenya.
