Sylvia Owori one of Africa's leading designers has been invited to showcase her designs at the ARISE AFRICA FASHION WEEK in Johannesburg South Africa. Africa Fashion Week 2009/2010 will be held at the Pavilion Room at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa from June 12-19. It brings the best of Africa's design talent under one roof. Africa Fashion Week is a historical first that promises to be an important chapter in the development of the industry across the continent. With limited invitations for this season their main focus is placed firmly on including designers who epitomize the best of the African industry, with design styles that have a strong global appeal.
Sylvia Owori is among the designers invited and she will be show casing on June 15.
