More Word! From DJ Lenium
BUCC LAUNCH
Just after being announced as a 2008 Kisima Award nominee in the Male Gospel Artist Of The Year Category, Bantu, who is based in the Coast has launched his company known as BUCC!(Bantu Urban Clothing Company)
The company which designs clothes and prints t-shirts is now a market sale place with his work going as the client comes to get it. The company which is located in town is now a booming business joint especially for fellow artists. The company was launched to the public on the 12th of October at the Milele Beach Hotel under low key.
"I decided to put my talent to use instead of just seating down and relying on music to feed me," he said when he was launching the product. "We are so reasonable to the common mwanainchi, you will think the sale is to good to be true. We do custom made or if you like what you see, we do it."
Currently, members of the Intimacy Team & DJ Lenium have signed him up as their designer. Bantu who is not knew to awards says he hopes the company will enable the media to show that artists not only rely on music to eat.
Bantu was a 2006 Impact Award Winner for Best Male Artist of The Year & 2008 Nzumari Award Winner for Best Male Gospel Artist of The Year. He has been nominated for a Male Gospel Artist Of The Year Award against one of his favorite artist: A-Star, Jimmy Gait & Ben Githae who he is doing a collabo with this month.
For Bantu, the sky is the limit!
